Backend Development: Build robust backend services and APIs with NodeJS for telecom systems. Collaborate with Team: Work with architects and developers to translate requirements into solutions and ensure quality. Optimize Applications: Enhance performance and scalability of telecom applications. Integrate with CRMs: Connect telecom apps with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, and Leads Square. Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve complex telecom system issues to ensure service reliability. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest telecom trends and technologies.Qualifications: Experience: 5-8 years in telecom app development with Asterisk and SIP expertise. NodeJS Proficiency: Strong backend development skills in NodeJS and RESTful API creation. Telecom Protocol Knowledge: Deep understanding of SIP and hands-on experience with Asterisk PBX. CRM Integration: Experience integrating telecom systems with CRM platforms. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize systems. Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience. Handling purchase of electronic components, maintaining Inventory and other technical and non-technical support services as and when required both inside and outside the factory. Working knowledge in Electronics and the ability to handle PC will be added advantages

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Make designated number of calls in a day and report outcomes for all.2. Submit daily updates to manager/team lead.3. Regular involvement in assessments and trainings.
