Locations : Navi Mumbai, Jalgaon, Nashik, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Goa & HubaliPosition : Modeler Generating Pre-modelling RFI's and submitting it to Team Leader prior to start of Modelling. Submitting post modelling RFI's before submitting model for checking. Strictly maintaining modelling standards and protocols. Modelling Steel in such a way that is satisfies below noted three important points: ? Erection needs ? Fabrication needs ? Shipping needs Giving idea about approximate time required for the Modelling to Team Leader while start of the allocated task. Cross checking each and every connection and member placing done with contract document for the given task before submitting it for checking. Attending all the comments received from checker or client, if not agreed on any comments, conveying it to Team Leader / Checker. Setting the Prefix for the different Members and doing Numbering in the model. Extracting Drawing as per sample to reduce amount of time required for detailing work. Finalizing all settings related to Numbering for IFA, IFF & Revised submittals. Keeping track of Numbering and submitted areas in the model. Helping to making a scheduling.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Create and maintain 3D models using architectural design tools.2. Create accurate drawings to scale.3. Estimate how many people will be needed to complete a project.4. Create renderings of models in different views.5. Apply customer specific color schemes on models.6. Fix any mistakes in the model created by the customer.7. Extract details from models that are used in other elements of a project like landscaping or furnishings.8. Run the software to create models using a wide range of options and settings.9. Provide detailed input on what needs to be done with the customers model before it can be used as an accurate basis for construction plans or animated for virtual tours.10. Writing RFIs precisely & professionally.Skills:1. Using Tekla Software to develop structural designs in Modelling Commercial & Industrial US projects.2. Understand structural connections, AISC Standards & OSHA safety regulations.3. Should have good command on Tekla Structure S/W.4. Proficient in modelling both structural & miscellaneous steel.5. Understand Structural & Architectural drawings.
