Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire rotations to keep equipment running smoothly. Repairs:Repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other mechanical components. Record Keeping:Documenting all maintenance and repair work in detail for future reference and to maintain client records. Customer Communication:Explaining technical issues to vehicle owners in understandable terms and discussing the work performed. Safety Compliance:Adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment. Collaboration:Working effectively with other technicians and service managers to complete projects efficiently. Testing:Conducting test drives and other performance checks to confirm that repairs are successful and the equipment is operating correctly.
