Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: MaintenanceLocation: Manesar, Sector 6-7, HaryanaRoles and Responsibilities:Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of twin-screw extrusion lines(European & Indian model).Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gravimetric feeders, auto-feedingsystems, and raw material handling units.Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot utility equipment, including air compressors, chillers,cooling towers, and DG sets.Inspect and maintain LT electrical panels, low-voltage applications, cabling, and electricalconnections.Identify basic machine faults, analyse root causes, and ensure timely repair of mechanical andelectrical issues.Maintain and operate twin-screw extruders, Gravimetric feeders, kneader machines, mouldingmachines, and related auxiliary systems.Carry out replacement of defective machine parts, wiring, sensors, motors, heaters, gearboxes,and pneumatic components.Ensure continuous machine availability by minimizing downtime through proactive monitoringand maintenance planning.
