Urgent Requirement For Soldering

We are looking for a Soldering Technician to join our team in IMT Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. The role involves working on various soldering tasks, ensuring high-quality assembly and repair of electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Soldering Components: Accurately solder electronic parts onto circuit boards, following technical drawings and specifications to meet production requirements.

- Quality Control: Inspect and test soldered joints for strength and electrical continuity, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

- Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble electronic devices, carefully handling components to prevent damage and ensuring the efficient flow of production.

- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on soldering equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.

- Documentation: Maintain clear records of work performed, including any issues encountered and solutions implemented, to improve future processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a diploma in electronics or a related field. Proficiency in soldering techniques and experience with various soldering tools are essential.
