Job Summary:An HVAC Technician or helper is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They diagnose and troubleshoot problems, ensure optimal system performance, and provide excellent customer service.[we provide training to freshers as well]Key Responsibilities:Installation:Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.Repair:Diagnose and repair faulty HVAC equipment, such as compressors, coils, and thermostats.Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve HVAC problems, including leaks, electrical issues, and performance problems.Safety:Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to prevent accidents and injuries.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, explain technical information clearly, and address customer concerns promptly.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.Qualifications:HVAC certificationStrong technical skills and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent customer service skillsPhysical fitness and ability to work in various environments

LAB TECHNICIAN,PHLEBOTOMIST LABORATORY ARIHANT DIAGNOSTIC AJMER CITY

Liaise with customers on maintenance and breakdown & repair works, with AMC Renunciation and elevator modifications so customers to taking the new features, money collection work, and software updating, elevator men drive & Car Door Operator drive parameter feeding and commissioning work.1. Routine serviceing, Safety check, , equipment survey.2. Service reporting and spares recommended for replacement, not covered under Service contract so customer taking now.3. Always record arrival and departure details to call center & on service docket.4. Always record work details on log book before leaving the site.5. Always use proper tools.6. Always follow SWP (Safe working process )7. Always follow the lock-out &tag-out procedure.8. Always check the all guards must be in place, all jumpers & lock-out, tag-out must be removed and make sure the unit is safe for customer use.9. Be safe at work or you might miss welcome home, A hug10. Always use PPE (personal protective equipment)
