Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring seamless communication within the organization Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues Maintain records and manage Google Sheets reports efficiently Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as required Qualifications & Experience: Education: MBA, BBA, PGDM, B.Com, or equivalent Experience: 2 6 years in a similar role Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in managing reports on Google Sheets Required Skills & Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal communication & active listening skills Polite, presentable, and customer-oriented personality Strong multitasking abilities with a positive attitude High emotional intelligence to handle different types of interactions Dependable, consistent, and professional in approach Preferred Experience: Microsoft Office: Minimum 1 year Total Work Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferred) Front Desk Receptionist Experience: Minimum 3 years (Required) Language Requirement: Hindi, English (Required)
