Project Planning and Design:Lead the technical planning and design phases of solar energy projects.Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans.Technical Oversight:Provide technical expertise in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage, and related technologies.Oversee the development and implementation of solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Evaluate and select appropriate solar technologies and components.Project Management:Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of solar energy systems.Conduct performance assessments and optimize system efficiency.Regulatory Compliance:Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to solar energy projects.Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes and standards.Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to the technical team.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Mentor and develop technical team members.

Responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Plan, drive and execute a content strategy that is aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.Deliver engaging content on a regular basis across several channels (newsletters, articles & blogs, email campaigns, product collaterals, PRs, explainer videos, social media marketing, branding events, corporate collaterals, whitepapers, etc.)Periodic reporting: highlighting the happenings, progress, comparisons and measurement numbers. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, product and sales teams to get inputs.Demonstrate consistency and clarity in showcasing brand voice across every touch point. Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content.
