Wellness & Engagement InitiativesPlan and execute employee wellness programs, mental health awareness sessions, and stress-management workshops.Promote a positive and supportive workplace culture.5. Policy Awareness & ComplianceEducate employees on HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace ethics.Ensure counseling practices align with labor laws, POSH guidelines, and organizational policies.6.
