The ideal candidate will handle financial records and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with company policies.- Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports that reflect the company's financial status, providing insights and recommendations to management.- Tax Compliance: Ensure that all tax-related filings are completed accurately and submitted on time, staying updated with changes in tax laws.- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing analysis of variances and helping the team stay on track financially.- Audit Assistance: Support external auditors during audits by providing necessary documentation and clarification of financial processes.The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential. You should be comfortable using accounting software and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and present financial information clearly. We expect you to be proactive in identifying inconsistencies and addressing them promptly.
