As a Taxi Driver based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to passengers. Your primary duties will include:- **Transport Passengers:** Safely drive passengers to their destinations while adhering to traffic rules and regulations to ensure their safety.- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Regularly check and maintain the taxi to ensure it is in good condition. This includes cleaning the vehicle and reporting any mechanical issues.- **Route Knowledge:** Familiarize yourself with local roads and traffic patterns to choose efficient routes for timely arrivals to passenger destinations.- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service by being polite, helpful, and attentive to passenger needs during the ride.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of fares collected, trips taken, and vehicle mileage to ensure proper documentation for reporting.- **Emergency Handling:** Be prepared to handle any emergencies or passenger complaints calmly and professionally, ensuring the passenger feels supported.To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of the local area.
