As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from St Augustine's Day School for Boys, located in Jafarpur, West Bengal. This is a full-time position that requires a dedicated and punctual individual.Key Responsibilities:- Student Transportation: Safely drive the school bus daily, ensuring students arrive at school and return home on time.- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and basic maintenance of the bus to ensure it is in safe working condition.- Student Management: Ensure that students follow safety rules and guidelines while on the bus to maintain a harmonious and secure environment.- Route Planning: Familiarize yourself with the bus route and adjust as necessary to provide efficient transportation.- Communication: Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding student transportation needs and any concerns.Required Skills and Expectations:You must have a valid driving license and a strong commitment to safety while driving a bus. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required. Additionally, punctuality and reliability are essential, with a commitment to a consistent work schedule of six days a week, with one weekly off day. This role is intended for male candidates.You should also possess good interpersonal skills to interact with students and school staff effectively.
