A joint Sector Company in collaboration with West Bengal Housing Board located in Salt Lake, Sector-V, involved in various infrastructural and real estate activities seek candidates for the position of GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER. The incumbent must be a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI with minimum 10 years experience in finance, accounting and leadership having in depth knowledge of financial statements, accounting standards and financial analysis techniques, ability to develop and manage financial plans, budgets and forecasts, knowledge of tax laws, regulations and compliance requirements. Should have the ability to develop and implement business strategies aligning with the organizations goals. Understanding of business operations, market trends and industry dynamics, ability to identify, assess and mitigate financial and operational risks, effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders, including board members, investors, etc. Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively. His duties will include handling the cash flows and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial health; Oversee the organization's financial activities, including being responsible for the finance and accounting professionals who perform operational functions.

Expert knowledge in drafting reply to show cause notices, written submissions to be filed before appeallate authority and drafting opinion to be given to the client in the matter of Indirect Tax (GST and erstwhile Service Tax). The candidates should also have expert knowledge in handling various tax portals such as CENTAX, TAXSUTRA etc. to find out relevant judgements.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN ACCOUNTANT PROFILEMUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN TALLY,GST,TDS,RECONCILIATION

- Update books of accounts in Tally software- Maintain MIS reports, working capital report- Weekly report of receivables, payables, inventory, sales and purchases- Should have work experience of handling GST, ROC filling, Eway bill, Professional tax, TCS, TDS- Update list of FDs and other deposits, loans and investments- Maintain attendance register and stock register
