Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for full accounting operations including books finalization, financial controls, statutory compliance, budgeting support, reporting, and audit coordination. This role requires a highly responsible and detail-oriented person.Key Responsibilities1. Manage complete end-to-end accounting of the company2. Finalize books of accounts, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet3. Ensure accurate financial controls and compliance4. Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and all statutory filings5. Oversee AP/AR (payables & receivables) and ensure timely settlement6. Bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, fund planning7. Maintain general ledger, purchase, sales, inventory & stock records8. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements9. Create MIS reports, cost analysis, and management reports10. Assist in budgeting, forecasting & internal financial planning11. Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits12. Ensure accounting policies/processes are followed
