This role involves managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of transactions.Key Responsibilities: - **Data Entry:** Accurately input financial transactions and data into our Tally software, maintaining meticulous records for all business operations. - **Reconciliation:** Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledgers to ensure all accounts reflect accurate information, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly. - **Report Generation:** Create financial reports as needed, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, helping management understand the financial position of the company. - **Assisting Audits:** Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit periods, providing necessary documents and explanations to facilitate the auditing process. - **Support Invoicing:** Assist with the preparation and management of invoices, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate record-keeping.Required Skills and Expectations: Candidates must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and Tally software.
