Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare/ assist in the preparation of cross-border consolidated financial statements. Oversee the preparation of tax returns, VAT filings, and other statutory obligations in line with the current tax laws and regulations. Monitor cash flow, financial trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in strategic decision-making. Supervise and ensure the implementation of internal controls to safeguard the companys financial assets. Review and improve accounting procedures and systems for efficiency and compliance. Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits. Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Handle complex accounting queries and provide financial insights to senior management. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closings. Build strong relationships with vendors, bankers and other stake holders. Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Should be M. Com graduate with 6+ years of experience.Preferably candidates having working experience in an IT FirmShould have good understanding about Accounting, Taxation & other Statutory Compliances required by various government agencies and laws of the land.Preferably settled in Trivandrum (within 15 km radius from our current office in Sasthamangalam).Should be someone who can give an association for the next 3-5 years minimum with a lot of drive and determination.
