Key Responsibilities & SkillsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and L2 Application/System Support.Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory.Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, with hands-on experience in Reports and Dashboards for data analysis.Ability to understand and analyze business logic and requirements.Experience managing Salesforce users, data, profiles, permissions, and security.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in L2 support environments.Ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues quickly with strong attention to detail.Hands-on experience with Data Loader and other Salesforce data management tools.Good verbal and written communication skills.Anaplan exposure is a plus / good to have.
