This role require experience on sustainability strategy, the environmental and social impact of operations, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-related growth and cost opportunities. Also, skill on Carbon Transition solution, Solution design, development, deployment, and delivery of sustainability practice with content creation is require. Their cloud-based B2B platform connects waste generators with authorized buyers, ensuring transparent, traceable, and compliant waste management solutions.Job Purpose:The purpose of the job is to enhance our clients Product and Advisory Services, and develop new products/services as per customer/market demand in the areas of responsible waste management, circular economy, and climate change.Research on:Existing and Target Customers Sustainability Aspirations in Waste Management & Circular Economy, and help Business Development to pitch value propositions.Waste Streams to maximize circularity, adopting the R-Strategies, and assess the Waste Vendor ecosystem for technology adoption, and capability.Local and Global competitive offerings in our clients direct and adjacent spaces for product enhancement/new product development.EPR (Extended Producer Responsibilities) for current and emerging waste streams.Current & Zero Waste Strategies including Waste Management & Circular Economy Plans adopted by companies, segments, associations, etc.Traceability in the value chain.Curating blogs/whitepapers on Sustainability & Circular Economy to enhance clients brand.Writing contents for our client Social Media handle.Training & Capacity building of customers, communities, and other stakeholders on Waste Management & Circular Economy.Key Action Areas:Support for Waste Audit, Characterization, Preparing Waste Management Plan.Circularity Measurements, Organization and Product Circularity Footprints.

To provide training to the employees responsible for Environment related issues.To collect data and monitor the Consumption/ emission Energy, Water, Waste water & Air emission on daily/ Weekly/ Monthly basis.To collect MSDS for each and every chemical used in the facility with date of issuance.To ensure appropriate PPE's are available for handling the chemical.To train the employees who use chemicals on chemical hazards, risks, emergency conditions, chemical spillage, handling & storage of chemicals.To practice Chemical spill & emergency response plan.To train the respective employees on risk.Educate industrial workers on environmental programs and policies.To create awareness to the employees and related individuals on the environmental strategy.To Perform Audit works.To practice Chemical spill & emergency response plan.To prepare the aspect and impact and identify the significant impact & prepare the operational control procedure to reduce the Environmental impacts.To maintain all the equipments as per the process and schedule.To identify all the sources of Energy, Water, Wastewater, Air emission & Waste.To collect data and monitor the Consumption/ emission Energy, Water, Wastewater & Air emission on daily/ Weekly/ Monthly basis.To train the respective employees on risk.To Plot the data and maintain the records in computerTo conduct general factory rounds daily and ensure the environmental conditions are intactTo file the legal permits and maintain the records.To conduct Committee Meetings and completing the discussed issues.To Monitor the PPEs and other safety principles followed by employees.Organize internal audit of areas through internal environmental audit group to verify the implementation of corrective action and its effectiveness. In case of non-compliance, inadequacy, the same is reported to the concerned function in the form of Audit report and taken up at management review meeting.

Job Description: Assist the sustainability lead to assess various plastic recycling technologies - Identify, understand, and evaluate plastic recycling technologies. To Identify opportunities in various biopolymer product/technology and bio composites. Assessment of various technology for sorting / segregation and cleaning of waste plastic for mechanical recycling Support for preparation of overview/prefeed documents for new projects Validate equipment data sheets prepared by consultant/ engineering contractor for various projects. Execute process design calculations for the various schemes. Assist to develop process design package using appropriate tools. Identify opportunities for product quality enhancement/ product upgradation. Participate in pilot / commercial plant trials. Understand and evaluate basic engineering design documents. Validate modifications to ensure specified standards and codes are followed in calculations. Participate in PHA/ HAZOP of new projects/ modifications. Contribute to derive value from technology network. Understand and be abreast with legislation/ regulation as and when mandated by CPCB/ MoEF, GoI.Skills and Competencies Sound knowledge regarding polymerization process and technology. Knowledge on polymer product, processing, and applications. Experience in polymer plant operation / technical service domain Knowledge of chemical engineering and process technology Ability to plan / discuss results and network under the guidance of senior colleagues. Process design calculations at Skill level Use of process calculation templates at Skill level Process simulation skills Use of Six sigma for problem solvingEducation RequiredBE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed instituteMBA will be added advantage.Experience Required3 to 4 years of experience with at least 2 years in plant Operations / CTS
