Job Description Job Title : Supplier Quality Engineer, Chennai. Department : QA/QC Immediate Superior : Supplier Quality Lead Subordinates : NA Position Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering with min 3 years experience in related operation field. Able to communicate in English. Able to address all Quality issues. Basic knowledge in Welding & QMS System. Able to understand all technical drawings. Able to use all kinds of measurement equipment. Ready to travel for inspection if need. RESPONSIBILITIES Doing PPAP inspection and PDI on completed orders and making reports with pics in the provided format. Ensuring all the products are as per drawing requirement and submission of the report in a timely manner. Follow up on orders and provide a daily report to the immediate superior. Visual inspection on welding & HDG to be done as per requirement. Need to handle in-process inspection if needed. Ad-hoc activities are given by a superior. Supporting superior on preparing CAPA report if any NCR raised. AUTHORITIES Releasing PPAP and PDI report. Accountable For all measurement and inspection reports. For other reports (Daily activity report, Inspection Summary).

1.Manage corporate interior projects Providing Technical Advise, Supervising Staff on site and also manage labor materials and complete the work in time. Should have knowledge about modular furniture, and carpentry works, Civil interior activities 2.Work with interior design team to develop design solutions 3.Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development 4.Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion 5.Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects 6.Prepare and participate in client presentations Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget
