position requirements

• degree/diploma in engineering with min 3 years’ experience in related operation field.

• able to communicate in english.

• able to address all quality issues.

• basic knowledge in welding & qms system.

• able to understand all technical drawings.

• able to use all kinds of measurement equipment. ready to travel for inspection if need.

responsibilities

 doing ppap inspection and pdi on completed orders and making reports with pics in the provided format.

 ensuring all the products are as per drawing requirement and submission of the report in a timely manner.

 follow up on orders and provide a daily report to the immediate superior.

 visual inspection on welding & hdg to be done as per requirement.

 need to handle in-process inspection if needed.

 ad-hoc activities are given by a superior.

 supporting superior on preparing capa report if any ncr raised.

authorities

 releasing ppap and pdi report.

accountable

 for all measurement and inspection reports.

 for other reports (daily activity report, inspection summary).
