An Immigration Telecaller handles inbound/outbound calls to promote visa services (study, work, PR), converts leads, and schedules appointments. Key duties include counseling clients on visa eligibility, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets. Requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and knowledge of immigration processes. Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain immigration services, and convert leads into enrollments.Client Counseling: Explain various visa types (study, work, PR, tourist), documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for clients with senior visa consultants.Data Management: Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the database.Query Resolution: Answer client queries regarding visa processes and documentation.

Conduct in depth consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, preferences and eligibility.Evaluate client's qualifications and eligibility for various immigration programs.Advise clients on the most suitable immigration pathways based on their individual circumstances.ensure accuracy and completeness of all supporting materials.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the status of their applications.We are looking for Senior Visa Counselor and Team Leaders.Proven Experience as an immigration counselor or consultant.
