Coordination with Recruitment Team: Collaborate closely with the recruiter team to track and update candidate statuses linked to freelancer submissions. Process Optimization: Contribute fresh ideas to improve existing workflows and simplify recurring activities for better efficiency. Content Creation: Occasionally support content development using AI tools to communicate updates, opportunities, or best practices.
