Manage and motivate a team of salespersons to deliver exceptional customer service2. Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all sections & floors3. Monitor inventory levels and make sure that items are available as per the customers perspective4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement5. Develop and implement techniques to increase footfall in the store and drive customer loyalty6. Maintain records of daily transactions, including cash-handling procedures, sale reports, and box cash with no difference.7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate rules & regulations, policies, and procedures effectively8. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction9. Overseeing the floor managers & sales persons behavior on the floor 10. Should have the general contact information for all the needs of the store like electrician, plumber, security, etc.,11. Preparing the stock wanting list from all the floors and sending the requirement to the warehouse and sending the sale people for choosing the item of their section.12. Observing the team handling of the floor managers and briefing them if any assistance is needed.13. Ability to handle the POS (VENX)& HR software (KEKA)14. Assist with any kind of issue related to billing, payment, and customer-related issues.15. Approving the leaves of floor manager, billing & cashiers based on the sufficient employees presented on the floor.16. Have frequent communication with management for any issue that to get resolved.17. Brief the floor managers about the sales team leaves, attendances, customer feedback, etc.,18. Should be present at the time of opening and closing of the store.
