ResponsibilitiesDevelop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits etcPropose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performanceAdditional store manager duties as needed

Maintaining to 5S, FIFO, stock taking, self life materials and daily routine work. Planning to inventory control as non moving materials and over stock. Training provide to store team as storage of materials and location identify and FIFO. Verify to daily routine work of store as gate entry, IQC and MRN against invoice. Verify to issuing materials against Job cards and BOM and require gen. consumption. Managing to min. and maximum of storage materials and reviewing on six month. Maintaining the record documentation as per require customer and ISO audit. Reporting to management of consumption and closing stock as per requirement weekly or monthly.
