Key Responsibilities Include:Inventory Management: Maintaining, tracking, and auditing inventory levels to prevent shortages or obsolescence.Receiving and Issuing:Properly receiving goods from suppliers, inspecting for quality, and issuing items based on authorized requests.Documentation & Reporting: Updating stock registers/software, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and submitting documentation for audits.Storage Organization: Safely organizing and labeling materials according to category and usage.Coordination and Compliance: Coordinating with procurement and accounts teams, managing vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
