Roles and ResponsibilitiesInventory control & Maintaining recordUnderstanding of internal customer and companies requirementsReceipt of incoming goods & materials handlingChecking of Materials Received according to PO.Receiving and Physical Verification of All Incoming Material.Responsible for Material Control by maintaining updated Bin Record, Issue Posting and Receipt Posting.Monitoring to issue of Raw Material to production.Responsible for maintain all storage level of all materials (maintaining average level & avoiding extra storage).Handling inward outward materials record.Identification of all materials in store and stock taking.Ensure receipt and issues are correctly documentedCheck for damage/shortage and prepare reportSupervise unloading of material CountAssist in Monthly Stock Audit with Accounts Department and other Internal and Statutory Audit.Desired Candidate ProfileGood Knowledge of stock keeping, materials and space management.
