Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Maintain sales targets Reach out to customer leads through follow up. Coordinate sales effort with team members. Cross selling products and upgrading customer's budget. Explain selling scheme to the customer Knowledge about counter sales and stock reporting.
