1. Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.2. Ensure proper documentation of stock entries and exits.3. Place orders based on consumption patterns and stock levels, ensuring no disruption to production.10. Verify and validate purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.11. Assist in evaluating supplier performance in terms of delivery time, quality, and cost.12. Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.13. Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, stock movements, and discrepancies to management.14. Ensure all records comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.15. Generate and track reports related to product expiry, batch numbers, and shelf life for compliance with safety standards.16. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and relevant regulatory guidelines.17. Monitor and track the expiry dates of materials to avoid usage of expired products in manufacturing.18. Coordinate with quality control teams for the inspection and approval of incoming materials.
