1. Conduct a morning meeting to discuss the day's strategy.2. Handling the entire online sales team and ensuring that they are performing efficiently.3. Provide regular updates to the RO/RM as and when require.Desired Candidate Profile:1. Graduate/post Graduate with more than 1-5 years experience in the broking or finance sector.2. Strong knowledge of Equity market, commodity market, Mutual fund & other financial products.3. Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a customer-facing capacity with a strong drive for results.4. Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and negotiating deals.

Role & responsibilitiesMonitoring and supervising warehouse inward operations on the daily basis.Responsible for warehouse inward material issues from time to time with the in-house team.Supervising the activities of warehouse such as rearranging and relocating the inward materials.Monitoring and supervising garments inward materials in the warehouse are segregated and relocated from time to time.Conducting random audit in the warehouse for monitoring and supervising the inward, as well as resolving the issues on time.Monitoring the refilling arrangements of material racks in the warehouse.Improving the accuracy level of binning material in the warehouse.Verifying the daily pre-inventory in the warehouse.Monitoring and supervising housekeeping employee and cleanliness of the premises.Monitoring and planning dispatch of excess inventory to the warehouse.

Review and execute physicians prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legalityOrganize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and fasterMaintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deteriorationListen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and adviceProvide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc.Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patientKeep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medicationKeep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionalsComply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures

Regular Activities:a. Ensure all indirect expenses are processed based on approval.b. Every variable purchase should be creating purchase ordersc. After receiving the bills, it should be verify based on PO and handed over the bills to accounts departmentd. Whichever stocks need to maintain, create a stock sheet and keep updatee. Improving and implementing cost cutting on each departmentf. Overall weekly & monthly expenses should be present to management with reports

Pull In Sales Strategy:Should be efficient in handling B2B Sales [Within Madurai] Online Sales [Swiggy/Zomato] CRM Activities3. HR Skills:Should be efficient in handling employee engagement activities such that it results a better culture workplace to work in.
