- Fast execution of orders- Able to see the overall direction of the market and make trades accordingly.- Following the trading rules in carrying out daily trading operations.- Trading on the allocated Strategy .- Communicating with other team members regarding trading positions and trading Setup- Maintaining trading diaries and net positions on daily basis (at end of the day)-Must have good speed at the terminal*NISM Certification is preferred

1. Execute client orders without any error & in minimum time possible.2. Confirm trades executed from the terminal EOD3. Check voice recording on daily basis4. Give clients trading calls by chat, sms, whats app & email.5. Speak to at least 15 to 20 clients EOD abt the calls, trading habits & other investments/ products6. Calculate trading turnover EOD7. Generate delivery based turnover, activate clients & introduce fresh clients.8. Keep the systems updated & understand the networking.9. Give demo to the clients.
