1. execute client orders without any error & in minimum time possible.

2. confirm trades executed from the terminal eod

3. check voice recording on daily basis

4. give clients trading calls by chat, sms, whats app & email.

5. speak to at least 15 to 20 clients eod abt the calls, trading habits & other investments/ products

6. calculate trading turnover eod

7. generate delivery based turnover, activate clients & introduce fresh clients.

8. keep the systems updated & understand the networking.

9. give demo to the clients.
