The candidate should be able to prepare south Indian breakfasts like Idli, Dosa, Neer Dosa, Appam etc. Knowledge of Mangalorean/Coastal food will be added advantage. Candidate will be provided with food and accommodation.

We are looking for a skilled Butchers who can make clean cuts of Chicken, Mutton & Fish as per customer requirements. You should also know to check quality of meat & fish.

We are looking for Commie2 and Commie1 who can exhibit creative baking and decorating talents by personally performing the task while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent products. Should be able to handle the production as per the SOPs.
