1. Understanding client specifications and noting any formatting or notation requests prior to completing the transcription.2. Completing transcriptions in a timely manner and reviewing drafts for any spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, as well as other inconsistencies.3. Adhering to all confidential guidelines and respecting sensitive information.4. Showing up on time for scheduled meetings and court proceedings.5. Keeping abreast of transcription software updates and attending refresher workshops as required.6. Communicating with the client or supervisor when there are issues.7. Submitting completed drafts to clients and correcting any errors as per their feedback.8. Keeping typing skills sharp by completing regular typing drills.9. Degree, associates degree, or additional courses might be required.10. Proficiency in MS Office, Express Scribe, and other software.11. A good typing speed and excellent reading skills.12. A high degree of professionalism and a superb work ethic.13. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.14. The ability to focus for long periods of time.

Job profile - 1.Have to manage service desk at the company service center.2.Resolve customer handset complaints, maintain MIS, meeting and greeting customers professionally.
