Job Purpose:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks to develop technical drawings and 3D models for industrial components, assemblies, and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering design processes, product development, and manufacturing support. Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Develop engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions.Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.Work closely with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with industry standards.Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback into final models.Modify existing designs to improve functionality, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Maintain design documentation and version control of CAD files.Support prototype development and participate in testing or evaluation.Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, engineering standards, and customer specifications.Site visit for layout / space constraints2-5 years of experience in product or mechanical design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and materials.Experience in designing Mechanical engineering components and Fabrication. Familiarity with ISO/ASME/DIN drawing standards.
