Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects from start to handover.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality completion.Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and materials.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.Prepare daily/weekly project reports and handle documentation.Resolve site-related issues and support smooth project execution.Requirements:Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical.39 years of experience in solar EPC projects (rooftop & ground-mounted).Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties would include (but not limited to) the following:- Develop customer, competitor, and market understanding. To identify new clients for EPC and projects on Solar Energy projects Assess clients energy requirements, present technical solutions and recommend Solar PV solutions Negotiate proposals and contract terms & conditions to meet both client & company needs Create a Business development plan for existing customers and build customer relationship. Implement strategies as well as actions to create, identify, develop business opportunities and collaborate with Sales team to ensure new business opportunities are effectively covered and advanced for conversion to a contract/order. To provide statistical reports to the management with key inputs on market trends, customer requirements & opportunities Working in complete coordination with projects / product team to achieve the yearly targets. MIS reporting, Support to tender team. Site Survey (Project Management).PREFERRED SKILLSCandidate should be capable of producing a go to market plan to sell solar solutions for SWELECT.Candidate must possess Solar knowledge and should be able to provide Customer solutions given their energy requirement or available roof which will demonstrate an understanding of different topologies, roof mount types, structural requirements and expected generation. Understanding of cell/ module technologies, PV performance parameters etc. System engineering which includes module connections, performance, shading effect, monitoring etc. Present financial benefit of PV system.LANGUAGE: Fluent in English, Local language & Knowledge in Hindi Preferred.

Independently conduct solar resource assessment and compute energy yields using industrystandards simulating software tool like PVsyst Detailed technical assessment of PV modules and inverters. Mine and analyze various test result databases for unique and interestingperspectives on findings and trends. Support projects such as client technical report improvements, including visualization ofdata. Research, compile and assess solar and storage market data for use in technical marketingpublications. Contribute to and write solar and storage technical thought leadership pieces. Mine and analyze various databases for unique and interesting perspectives on findings and trends. Conduct technical assessment of PV plant components, electrical scheme, design, long termenergy yields. Maintain awareness of new product technology and communicate pertinent developmentswith colleagues.Required Skills: Familiar with international standards for solar PV systems, and other relevant standards. Experienced with solar PV system design, inverters, wiring, grounding, utilities interface andperformance monitoring. Hands on experience in Solar PV yield prediction softwares like PVSyst, Helios, Aurora, PVSoletc. An understanding of the key technical aspects of solar projectMinimum of 3 years experience in solar PV projects (preferably in MW scale plants).
