The role involves ensuring optimal performance of solar systems, managing AMC activities, and providing technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Manage AMC for multiple rooftop solar installations.Monitor system performance and ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.Plan and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.Perform site inspections and maintenance visits as per schedule.Diagnose and resolve technical faults and system issues.Provide on-site and remote technical support.Maintain service reports, performance data, and maintenance records.Coordinate with service teams and vendors for timely issue resolution.Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained during service operations.Candidate must have:Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar O&M, preferably rooftop projects.Good knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical systems.Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring.Willingness to travel for site visits.Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
