In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of solar energy projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of solar power for potential clients. Design and engineer photovoltaic (PV) solar systems using industry-standard software. Develop technical specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for solar projects. Oversee the procurement of solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment. Collaborate with construction crews to ensure proper installation of solar systems according to design plans. Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the installation process. Assist with system commissioning and testing to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support to clients after system installation. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices. Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide technical expertise.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Engineer or a related field. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and design principles. Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD). Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations. Experience with solar project management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Valid Driver's License (preferred).

Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Lead conversion to Deal, Deal conversion to Sale closure. Good communication skill and technical knowledge of Solar products are essential.
