Salary - 20,000 - 35,000 per month

Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Solar Engineer to join our growing team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of solar energy projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of solar power for potential clients.

- Design and engineer photovoltaic (PV) solar systems using industry-standard software.

- Develop technical specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for solar projects.

- Oversee the procurement of solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment.

- Collaborate with construction crews to ensure proper installation of solar systems according to design plans.

- Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the installation process.

- Assist with system commissioning and testing to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide technical support to clients after system installation.

- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.

- Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide technical expertise.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Engineer or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and design principles.

- Proficiency in solar design software (., PVsyst, AutoCAD).

- Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.

- Experience with solar project management

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
