The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field and a strong passion for architectural design. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Design Development: Create innovative facade designs that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of buildings while adhering to project requirements and regulations. You will be responsible for producing detailed design drawings and presentations.- Material Selection: Research and select suitable materials for facade construction. This involves understanding properties, durability, and sustainability to ensure that chosen materials meet project specifications.- Collaboration with Engineers: Work closely with structural and mechanical engineers to ensure that the facade design integrates seamlessly with the building's overall structure and systems. Clear communication and teamwork are essential for successful project outcomes.- Client Interaction: Present design ideas and modifications to clients effectively. Your ability to listen to feedback and make necessary adjustments will help to build strong relationships.- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess facade installation and ensure compliance with design specifications. This on-ground perspective is vital for identifying potential issues early.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and facade design techniques. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is essential. Good communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients. A keen eye for detail and creativity in design solutions will be important to succeed in this role.
