Job Role and Responsibilities:*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Social Science lessons (History, Geography, Civics) in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.*Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools that promote critical thinking and understanding of social, political, and economic concepts.*Maintain accurate records of students academic progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.*Conduct classroom assessments, periodic tests, and prepare students for board examinations.*Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry-based learning.*Integrate ICT tools and creative teaching methods to make learning interactive and effective.*Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.*Ensure discipline and uphold the values and ethos of the institution.*Collaborate with other teachers and school administration for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities.Qualifications and Skills:*Bachelors/Masters Degree in History / Geography / Political Science /MSW.*B.Ed. (mandatory, as per CBSE norms).*Minimum 01-05 years of teaching experience in CBSE school preferred.*Primary: candidates should handle primary classes.*Secondary: Candidates should handle 6th to 10th in CBSE syllabus.*Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)*Ability to motivate and inspire students.*Familiarity with CBSE examination pattern and evaluation process.
