1. Having 10-12 Years of experience in managing HR function out of whichhandling HR Function as HOD for 4-5 Years independently.2. Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role3. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payrolltools4. Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs5. Good knowledge of labor legislation6. Leadership abilities7. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with theoverall business strategy8. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances orother issues9. Ensure legal & Statutory compliance throughouthuman resourcemanagementEducation MBA HR/ MSW Computer LiteracyExperience Having 10-12 years Experience in HR & Admin Function out of which 4-5 yearsindependent capacityShould know all the formulasof excel.Well versed with MS Word &PPT & HR MatrixKnowledge and experience ofworking on payroll software
