Responsible for sales and in house bookings of the slimming department. 2.To counsel all the clients not losing weight as required in co-ordination with the in-house dietitian and the trainer.3.Getting customer feedback4. Recording and closing customer complaint5. Reason of customer not renewing membership and taking corrective action on the sales 6.Collecting reference from the existing customer7. Checking & followup that the references get converted into members of centre8. Coordinating with the clients if they face any problems regarding scheduling, going for long holidays or face any medical problem
