Key Responsibilities:-Strategic Operations Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to scale manufacturing capabilities, boost productivity, and improve overall operational efficiency.Production & Manufacturing Management: Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring that manufacturing operations meet quality standards, delivery deadlines, and cost targets.Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory management to prevent supply chain bottlenecks and minimize operational downtime.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products and manufacturing processes strictly adhere to industry standards and ISO guidelines.Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma): Champion continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance workflow. Budget & P&L Management: Oversee the operational budget, manage costs, and drive initiatives to increase profitability while maintaining high product standards.Ideal Candidate Profile & RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. A Masters degree or MBA is highly preferred.Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in operations management, specifically within the manufacturing, automotive, or electronics/ drivetronics industries.Skills: Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain logistics, and cross-functional leadership.Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced production environments.

Job Description: Assist the sustainability lead to assess various plastic recycling technologies - Identify, understand, and evaluate plastic recycling technologies. To Identify opportunities in various biopolymer product/technology and bio composites. Assessment of various technology for sorting / segregation and cleaning of waste plastic for mechanical recycling Support for preparation of overview/prefeed documents for new projects Validate equipment data sheets prepared by consultant/ engineering contractor for various projects. Execute process design calculations for the various schemes. Assist to develop process design package using appropriate tools. Identify opportunities for product quality enhancement/ product upgradation. Participate in pilot / commercial plant trials. Understand and evaluate basic engineering design documents. Validate modifications to ensure specified standards and codes are followed in calculations. Participate in PHA/ HAZOP of new projects/ modifications. Contribute to derive value from technology network. Understand and be abreast with legislation/ regulation as and when mandated by CPCB/ MoEF, GoI.Skills and Competencies Sound knowledge regarding polymerization process and technology. Knowledge on polymer product, processing, and applications. Experience in polymer plant operation / technical service domain Knowledge of chemical engineering and process technology Ability to plan / discuss results and network under the guidance of senior colleagues.
