We are looking for a skilled MEP Site Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 7 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems. The MEP Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of MEP systems in construction projects.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Installation:** Ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations are carried out according to design specifications and industry standards.- **Quality Control:** Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with project requirements and that all installations meet safety regulations.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to address any issues and ensure smooth project execution.- **Site Management:** Manage daily site operations, including labor and material coordination, to keep projects on track and resolve any on-site challenges.- **Provide Technical Support:** Offer technical guidance to construction teams, helping them understand MEP systems and installations.- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of work performed, prepare reports on project status, and document any changes made during the installation process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a strong background in MEP systems, with a degree or diploma in engineering or architecture. Proficiency in technical drawing software and project management tools is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial, as the role demands constant interaction with various stakeholders. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to problem-solve effectively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A commitment to safety and quality standards is also expected.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of hands on work in transformer inspection, minor repairs, and OLTC maintenance. The candidate should be capable of performing electrical and mechanical testing, identifying issues such as oil leakages, overheating, and insulation problems, and supporting reliable field operations.Skills: Experience in transformer and OLTC operations, including preventive maintenance; strong knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment; and a solid working understanding of the transformer oil filtration process.

Job Description Must have hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant tools. Having 3D Modelling / 3D rendering / Drafting in AutoCad knowledge. Having knowledge and experience in statutory / preparation of drawings as per requirement of Fire Protection and MEP Services - Architectural Planning (Internal), Space Zone Planning, Renders, Carpentry and Furniture Layout, Faade Design Layout, Flooring, Artwork and Signage layout, Finishes Drawings, Lighting Layout, All Services Layout, Finishes & Equipment Schedule etc. Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish. Must visits to project sites, assessing and reporting the design conformity, quality compliance, progress updates, criticalities and suggest improvement strategies. Interface between all Architect, client, engineers, Team Members and stakeholders. Languages to be known, English (writing and communication is must), Bengali, Hindi.
