JOB DESCRIPTION :Looking for a Site Engineers / Supervisor for a Commercial Building Construction at ADOOR, PTA Dist. This is a Contract position for 24 Months.A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing technical aspects of construction projectKey responsibilities include:Planning and organizing construction work.Supervising and directing site personnel.Ensuring project specifications are met.Conducting quality control checks and inspecting completed work.Maintaining accurate records and documentationResolving technical problems and providing solutionsCommunicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concernsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements for the role may include:Proven experience as a Site Engineer .Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.EDUCATION :ITI Civil / Diploma -Civil /Degree in Civil EngineeringEXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 Years in Commercial Building Construction Field, and Retired Civil Engineers also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities for interior work and furniture installation.Read and understand design drawings and ensure correct execution on-site.Manage and guide workers, subcontractors, and technicians.Ensure the quality of work meets design standards and client expectations.Keep the site clean, organized, and safe at all times.Coordinate with designers, project managers, and suppliers.Monitor progress and update the team regularly.Solve on-site problems quickly and efficiently.
