responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.Coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support.Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the construction site.

Checking and maintaining water quality, Monitor team performance, Handling Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Reports. And Submit progress reports, Manage and supervise the site workforce., Managing inventory levels of cage or pond supplies and equipment to ensure current is adequate for operations.
