This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 10 years in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.Education: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth understanding of facility management operations.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

WORK- Liasoning work at various stores and sites.- Post dispatch store management.- Relation building with customers store- Quality control at stores- Witnessing of sampling and testing at site and labs- Attending customers complaints regarding quality- Building good relations with site Inspectors, Store in charge and QC staff of Various Clients.Requirement:- Knowledge of Electricity Boards quality & stores- Good interpersonal skills.- Street smart- Knowledge of work post dispatch in Discoms like UPPCL, MSEDCL, MPPKVVCL, PSPCL, etcINDORE (M.P.) immediate joiningMin 2 Years experience (wire & Cable Industry Preferred)[Experience in TKC sites in Project division or Site also preferred]25,000 45,000 pm (depends on exp)Pasondia Cables, Venkatesh Wire, Dynamic cables, Desraj cables, Oswal Cables, PCI cables, Lumino Industries, Lazer Industries.
