We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage activities at our construction site in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is conducted safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee daily site activities to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.- Coordinate Team Efforts: Work closely with the construction crew to align work efforts, resolve issues, and ensure everyone understands their tasks.- Monitor Safety Standards: Enforce safety protocols on site to protect workers and ensure compliance with regulations, reducing the risk of accidents.- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress, expenditures, and issues that arise, providing regular updates to management.- Material Management: Ensure that all necessary materials are available on site at the right time, managing inventory and minimizing waste.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have prior experience in a supervisory role within construction or a related field, ideally between 1 to 3 years. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required. The role is intended for male candidates due to site-specific needs.
