We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in interior architecture.Responsibilities :Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective project execution.Oversee on-site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications, and quality standardsDemonstrate proficiency in analyzing and verifying bills submitted by contractors, ensuring accurate billing and payment.Foster seamless coordination between the design and execution teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.3-4 years of experience in architectural design, interior architecture, and project coordination.Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.Proven experience in BOQ preparation, vendor management, and bill verification.Solid knowledge of construction market rates and pricing trends.Excellent coordination skills to bridge the gap between the design and execution teams.Ability to communicate fluently and confidently with clients and stakeholders.Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project deadlines.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Apply now to be part of our exciting journey in creating outstanding architectural solutions.
