A Jewelry Sales Associate or Specialist acts as a brand ambassador in retail showrooms, luxury boutiques, or department stores. The primary goal is to match customer preferences and budgets with fine jewelry, diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones, and watches while meeting store revenue goals.Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales: Greet shoppers, provide personalized styling advice, and explain the quality, carat weight, metal purity, and certification of pieces. Transactions & Customizations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) billing, layaways, trade-ups, returns, special orders, and ring sizing requests. Showroom & Display Maintenance: Keep display cases sparkling, organized, secure, and visually appealing following brand merchandising guidelines. Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock counts, track inventory levels, and assist with restocking or shipping. Client Relationships: Build and maintain a client book for follow-ups, anniversaries, special occasions, and VIP private viewings.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & SalesWelcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Explain product features, materials, warranties, and usage benefits.Help customers compare product options and make informed decisions.Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with showroom manager for stock availability.Handover customer details to accounts/admin for quotation, invoicing, and billing.Update customer visit and follow-up details to the internal team.Required SkillsStrong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English.Good presentation skills and customer handling ability.Confident, polite, and well-groomed personality.Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp Business, MS Office).Ability to understand premium product positioning and pitch accordingly.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Work ConditionsFull-time position at Science City, Ahmedabad showroom.Attractive salary + performance incentives.Training will be provided on products and sales processes.
